Between cold applying, internal referrals, navigating layoffs and hardcore networking, career searches can be tough and exhausting and full of uncertainty. When you're ready for a new role, I'll be your biggest cheerleader and give you the support you need to feel confident in your job search. With over 5 years of experience helping others earn the roles and compensation packages they deserve, I hope to work with you, too!
I've worked with folks to prepare for behavioral interviews, reviewed resumes and audited LinkedIn profiles, and provided negotiations techniques to successfully earn promotions, higher salaries, and time off between jobs! I've also presented to organizations and associations, including Washington College and MAX Mentors.
My philosophy for career help is like a hot air balloon ride: sometimes you just need a little nudge to keep going and sometimes you need a big burst of energy, but with me you'll enjoy the journey no matter what.
My expertise is in mid career roles in technology, but I work with all early-to-mid career folks including internships and new college grad positions (basically, if you're in your 20s or 30s I'm your gal!).
